Your Desk Might Be a Pain in the Neck

Literally. Especially if you’re glued to your screen all day.

It starts with a little stiffness. By evening, your neck feels like it’s made of concrete.

Most of us unconsciously crane our necks forward when we’re deep into work or scrolling. That forward-head posture (also known as “tech neck”) puts 50-60 extra pounds of pressure on your cervical spine. Ouch. Add in a static seated position, shallow breathing, and tight shoulders? That’s a recipe for chronic neck tension and nagging headaches.

Your neck isn’t built to hold your head in that forward position for hours. Tight traps and stiff neck muscles can lead to reduced blood flow, more fatigue, and even nerve irritation. You don’t need to live with that end-of-day tension. That’s where we come in.

Book a session with us, and let’s get those neck muscles moving the way they’re meant to. We’ll help you undo the desk damage, relieve that pressure, and reset your posture so you can get back to work without paying for it later!
