Most Exciting Event of the Week

Exciting news!! So, many of our patients have heard me talk to them about sleeping positions and ways to make sleep more comfortable on the back. As a back sleeper, I use one or two pillows of support under my knees. That helps take tension off the hamstrings, which carries to the hips, then to the back.

So for the past week or so, my sleep quality hasn’t been BAD necessarily…but it hasn’t been great either. Well, I’m excited to announce to our readers that last night I mixed things up and had not one, not two, but THREE pillows of support under my knees, and woke up feeling more refreshed than I had in over a week! WOO HOO!!!!!

Ok, I don’t get out much. It’s the pandemic’s fault. Yep, blaming that on the pandemic. That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.

But the takeaway for you all is, if you’ve started to notice and area where things were working before, but now the results have gotten mediocre, you might want to just try doubling down on what has worked before. As long as the principles and concepts are still true, you don’t need to reinvent the wheel.
