Help Us Serve You Better!

This week, I have a favor to ask from our readers…especially if you’ve gotten a taste of the office. See, the problem is that I’m biased and I like to think that we provide a quality experience for our patients. It’s difficult to know if that’s really true, though, because of the blind spots that come with running the show.

So instead of crossing my fingers and hoping that we’re meeting your expectations, I wanted to ask for your feedback on how things have been for you. What have you liked about coming here? Where have we fallen short for you? What do you see as room for improvement? The feedback can be about anything from the adjustments you’ve received, the personalities of me and Heather, the convenience of coming in…anything that you feel would help me know what’s working well and what’s not, please let me know!
