Some of them, on the other hand, are usually really stressful on the back across the board. As a warning, this is completely not researched whatsoever, not scientific, and not the absolute list of the four most stressful occupations of all time. But from my experience, when people say they work as one of these, it’s almost always a constantly high level of strain on certain areas every day.

Drum roll please…

In no particular order: hair stylists, dog groomers, nurses/assisted living assistants, and dental hygienists.

Take that list for what you will, but if you know anyone working in that realm and they’re rubbing their shoulders or grimacing as they stand up, just know that it’s probably related to their jobs.
